  • We’ll work together to determine where we can focus based on resources. What can we do now, versus what can we outsource? 

  • I’ll figure out what your competitors are doing. Is it replicable? Are there gaps we can exploit? 

  • I’ll recommend where to focus, what’s new that you can try, and what it’ll take to really grow and scale your marketing when you’re ready. 

Executing the GTM strategy: 

  • You love the recommendations I’ve provided and you want to carry them out. But, you’re still not ready for that full-time hire. 

  • We work together for a few months and get this thing kick-started while I help you make your first hire, or determine how far we can go until the hire needs to happen.
